Everyone of Treaty's 10K always stated X amount of shares were issued for consultation services.They never did say who the consultants were. Now, on the other hand, GARB specifically stated Platon Petraros got 50 M for consultation services. I use only GARB as a referrence to what an 10 K should be like.
