At the dire risk of being argumentative and confrontational, I seriously think that even though H / C specifically mentions the FDA, and others in their, 'guidelines' for advertisement, I truly think that it is the snobbish government, specifically, H / C that has truly dumb assed rules. Not the U.S. agency's . Point in fact.....see below link. GLTA
