ray, why dont you re-post your post from edgar you posted months ago- it seemed to show insiders buying restricted stock or pipes or something- dont remember exactly what.-insiders in companies where insiders have faith in the future of the co often fund the co-I'm in other stocks where that is ongoing

since insiders dont want to destroy pps they may not require much of a discount in this situation esp if they know or feel the co revenues will come through
