Last I checked it's still a free country and I'm not only entitled to an opinion it's also ok to have a different one than yours. The way this CEO communicates or doesn't communicate is not appropriate. If he has nothing to report that's fine. But it's not fine to have regular calls with a select shareholder and sneak or slip out info that's not in the public domain.
Like you I do not run a public co but like you I do own shares in this public co and these mystery earnings with no public disclosure to everyone is bizarre.
I honestly don't care when we get better info from the CEO however he does need to improve on his timeliness of filings and his lack of professional communications in my opinion.
He seems to be a nice guy but I would never invest in a co just bec the CEO seems nice.
