Sorry Warp, I wasn't asking about tax implications, just of offering up the idea that it doesn't have to be paid as "cash" to investors.

And as a holding company AMBS would / could benefit as it would be tax free....for them... AMBSDX AND OR AMBSE(Europe exchange?) shares.
