The thing about these public companies in my experience is what I have found is most if not all "leaders" give lip service to sell shares and ultimately are only interested in self enrichment.
To have a leader who gets nothing unless he does something is uncommon in my view and we should support such a person until they succeed or fail. So I will support tesarski with what little I have left here
