And Mr. Tesarski has been open about his payment. So far, no salary paid altho it was promised. 250 million shares of stock, which is doubled to 500 million with a goal met by Dec. 31st. My only feeling is that if the date were extended for 3 months or so, well, all good. My personal opinion is that this was a bigger mess than first realized. And if he gives up, well, I think the board would be hard pressed to find someone else to try to straiten this out. I think he deserves all of our encouragement. And bravo to him to be willing to give it all he's got. IMHO, Jim
