If the A/S and the O/S are reverse split proportionally it makes no difference to the market cap. The only result is the share price increases because there are that many fewer shares remaining.


Example:


Company has a share structure of: 1,000,000,000 O/S and 2,000,000,000 AS. The market cap is $1M. It performs a 1000:1 R/S on both the O/S and the A/S.


New OS = 1,000,000; New A/S = 2,000,000; market cap = $1M


With respect to the CC, Matt stated there was a possbility of a R/S, but it wasn't very likely.


If BCAP's assets in RIGH and TGGI are successfully liquidated then there's no need to perform a R/S or raise the A/S.
