Quarters 2 and 3 2014
The Sales/Marketing Director wasn't hired until May 16, 2014, so Q2 results will only have him on the job for about 1 and a half months. It's Q3 that will have him there for the whole period of 7/1--9/30/14. Hopefully, that quarter will show some major sales gains.
