The CEO must have the utmost confidence in converting the IPs he's patented into a lot of wealth for himself (and for shareholders). Otherwise, why loan all that money to the Company? And he's taken pay in the form of stock certificates for all the years he's been the CEO and he hasn't sold any of them!
He likely has more 'skin' in Nanologix than any of its investors. What does he know that we don't? Duh!
I've never previously expressed my opinion of the patents being in his name (and granted exclusive use to Nanologix), but its obvious that he did not do it purely for his own interests, as the bashers would like investors to believe.
