It is interesting, isn't it? I've seen the same thing here in PTOI that I've seen in every other failed scam I've followed over the last decade:

There is always a small group of pathologically arrogant longs who never doubt their own judgement regardless of how many thousands of times they are wrong, or how much money they've lost. They are always those who have a self-documented history of losing the most money repeatedly, time and time again, for as many years as they've been posting on the penny stock tout boards. They completely lack the cognitive awareness of their own ineptitude.

I suppose it that cognitive deficit that pretty much explains their lot in life.
