I can't remember who suggested this idea earlier tonight, but they suggested a scenario with a BP buying out the Lympro test and having the company buy back shares to raise the sp, then uplist with no R/S at all. I doubt it'll happen that way.
I personally wouldn't mind a BP buying Lympro, having the company do a small R/S, then uplist. (short term) Then when the other pipelines come online, have the company do a split, maybe multiple splits as more assets become revenue generating. (Long Term)
Sort of like what happened to AMGN in 90's. Their SP split 5 times in 10 years, and now they currently trade at around $168/share. If you owned just 1,000 shares of AMGN in 1990 it would have ballooned to 48,000 shares by 1999 and would currently be worth over 8 mil today! I can see that happening to us with the awesome pipeline we have.
Very Long AMBS!!
