I would suggest reading it again.  MB is gone..yes, because Tony could not provide his last quarter Fin's ie: account for millions of dollars.....in a timely manner, so the payment were withheld and eventually the deal resolved.  Thats whay I get out of it anyway.....One has to look at a 10Q like their Cliff Notes.  

And you are just plainly mistaken on Riverbank....What step in the GET process is the Agilyx technology?  What will GET pay for the Agilyx tech?  Does GET already have the oil and plastic sold?
