Simpily put they took stock "out of the float"  to subsidise their salary.  Not only is this a smart move, but you Warrants that are priced at .10.  You should review how an Initial warrant is valued.  The Co obvously believes that there is value in excess of .10 ie: the warrants.  Please stay fair and ballanced in your assesments.  It will add to the validity of this message board....unlike the old message board that lost it's luster because of the nonsence.
