I didn't intend the file to be played using the web browser. Although Dropbox provides this feature, I'm not sure of how well it works... probably okay for single file access, but when multiple users are accessing the file at the same time, that might be the source of the problem.

I intended folks to download the file and play it on their computer or smartphone. Here's a link for automatic download of the file, in case you missed the updated link posted earlier.
