That's when you get a glass of your favorite wine or whatever, stay indoors andlook out on the lake. 
As far as FILM's mgmt is concerned, it almost certainly had to be them selling over the course of the past several weeks, if not months. But, like you, I only hope we get some bang for the buck, now that others have loaded up on the cheap.
