If events that transpired since October 30th (I refer to the Lakeshore Town Council and their infamous by law passage) haven't caused HC to put a hold on the license until Essex provides its approval/disapproval. Yes, I know it shouldn't have any effect but we're talking about government red tape.

I think we could be waiting a bit longer than we hope for but that is just a guess just like every other one that gets posted here.
