All I am saying or feeling is that at this point of time, we need to use all the companies' resources in the best possible way. Non-convertibles are still company's assets and resources. I am not against his high salary and/or wages once we have enough revenues to run the business. Now is the time to sacrifise IMO for much better pay later. It is still a one man show and this needs to be changed to give the right appearance of a public company IMO.
