Didn't see that the process started this quarter, I thought I had seen middle Q1 2015 but I will tell you back in 1978 when I was working as a contractor for AMGN we were readying a commercial refrigerated trailer to transport raw EPO to Park-Davis back in Michigan and getting approval from the FDA went from 3 months to 2.5 years for little minor flaws that wouldn't have even effected the product. Granted that was many years ago but again who is the FDA? Yep, our government.... I believe the only thing that can expedite this would be an early partnership with and established drug maker, which hey, is not out of the question.... JMO
