I like your analogy comparing AMBS to Salmon. I live in Alaska and when the salmon are running it means thousands of families will be fed, millions of dollars of revenue come into our state through tourism and commercial fishing sales around the world. It's an incredible thing to witness. The salmon are incredible.They have a determination and drive to achieve their goal. They fight incredible odds so that their species can live and prosper for another generation.They are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. Sounds like a company I should be proud to be invested in and the qualities I look for in leadership position. Glad to see some positive analogies!
