Gobears: My going "overboard" regarding our performance has been justified! Not complaining about the 2014 performance means you care nothing about the present. Some longs have that outlook, and that's fine. But Gerald raised certain expectations for 2014 that in my opinion have not been met.

We closed at .085 cents today, right about where we started the year 11 months ago.

If shareholders don't complain and let Gerald know of their displeasure about the stock price, he'll think he can keep diluting because he has the shareholders in his pocket. How will we pay for the cash down payments on ESS? (in addition to the 39 million shares we're giving them). How will we pay for the Eltoprazine trial? If he scores some kind of partnership money that makes those payments then great, but if it all comes out of dilution....our pps won't go anywhere.
