in the pink sheets a reverse split is almost always associated with something bad.  in theory it should increase the PPS because there are less shares available but many companies do this so that they can then ADD more shares.  all of this tremendously hurts shareholder value which is why the mere mention of R/S on a pink stock board sends people running for the hills.
