sorry for the delay .. been on the phone (once again) with Finra

my basic caveat is they never cover one second b4 they are forced to do so
because they can almost always outlast both *retail* and legit OTC co.s
but they do reveal themselves (even tho' it's dated data *retail* has access to)
which is why with one exception (mere days in Jan 2013) they've done nothing
but *compress* PTOI's PPS DOWN since 2012
which is why i've indicated that imo their new line in the sand is now approx 10c
they can clearly *short* PTOI to the cellar (i certainly don't rule it out)
they need LEGIT sellers of PTOI .. so far they haven't achieved that *goal*
they can only *take* up the PPS if they can pull off a controlled *RUN*
or they are forced to do so via filings out of P2O (imo first prox sold and 8k'd
will do that)
the other reality they won't be able to ignore (ie imo partially laddered cover will be undertaken)
will be if an indy BoD is seated by mgmt after that first prox sale is 8k'd
that is the signal that mgmt intends to uplist out of the OTC cesspool
only they (colluding entities) determine what they are going to do on a day by day/month by month/year by year basis
but clearly mgmt can PROd them via their execution <filings> and/or updates
