It's up to Cruz who has some serious cha-Ching on the line to move this 5/10th. No ticky no washy for him. It's in their best interest to make that uplist happen. They may read the boards but I'm pretty sure their lawyers don't give a crap about the penny nonsense that poster plays. We all know one big, relevant happening, like Rico coupled with good revs, or a strong subsidiary, or a major storefront like GNC and we can flush the bowl on those other guys.
