For a start up company, most of the stuff look promising and reasonable with the exception of Matt's salary. Is this is the average salary for a CEO in a tart up companywith very limited resources?-I don't know. If we don't have money to advertise for the TA and we don't have money to hire people, those 50K increase in his salary should have helped a bit on those fronts. If he cuts his salary, this will speak volume for the company-this is a huge burden for a company which is still figuring its way. I don't understand how we will be able to pay just the CEO salary with not enough revenues to cover just this part of the business?. Let us say he needs to hire people-from where he will get their salaries?-any input is welcomed!!
