Using “I think” or “IMO” is a great rule. I fully support it. It separates opinion from fact.
If I state my opinion and don’t use “I think” or “IMO” please delete me.
Also IMO Pods can be built as our client base increases. Once we get license (depending on size of the prototype) we could start with prototype, if fully functional. As money comes in pods can go up. This also allows flexible on design changes as needed, if needed. This is how I would do it. The only fact here is that pods are going to be used. At least to start with! So looking for signs of pods being built my not be the best use of time.

Also, I believe Bill and his crew know a hell of a lot more on this subject than I do!!!!
