Why would Richard Heddle use Heddle Marine Inc then to finance PTOI ?
Is Richard Heddles *individual* risk so exposed after suffering 90%+ losses on his only publicly known investment so bad that he has felt the need to raid his maritime companies coffers instead ?
Why would he allow his maritime company to price the warrants involved in that financing at 12 cents if that wasn't the *risk tolerance* involved ?
