Would be nice to find anyone serious who could credibly refute your claims ... but I´m afraid there´s none ... neither an opposing point of view nor a person ... not on this board at least - and on the other one everyone who would try it gets deleted ... and if you ask Lorraine or another IR they either ignore you or can´t explain halfway convincing ... so we have to stay in the dark resp. have to assume they really lied to us ... on IHUB they claim that 24/7 since many months but all the NTEK-defenders either have just poor anti-arguments or are ignoring or answering stubbornly with the Samsung-UF-app-crap ... not that convincing IMO, rather suspicious.
