Why would Richard Heddle use Heddle Marine Inc to fund the latest round of financing instead of doing it personally as in the past ?
Is Richard Heddle so overexposed and underwater with over 90% losses on his previous investment in PTOI that is now raiding his maritime company's bank account instead ?
Or is does he feel his maritime company so desperate for cash they are now gambling in a penny stock that has suffered nearly 99% losses over the last few years ?
