What's your alias on Ihub? Your saying that Calkin answers with the implication that shareholders are bothering the lab testers too much and so they no longer want GRCU as a paying client? I highly doubt that Calkin would be that transparent about the subject if that were the true reason. I also highly doubt SC Labs would remove themselves from GRCU just because of too many phone calls which are normally screened by receptionists and the like. I personally don't believe a word of it. Secondly, why wouldn't Calkin add any replacement for SC Labs? Thirdly, if Calkin would provide a public relations department that could answer questions pertaining to lab reports and GRCU in general then all these company connections wouldn't need to field shareholder questions if indeed this is the truth of the matter.
