'Wash trading' is historically used to create interest to increase share price.
Yet when it is applied as rationale to trading seen with PTOI the stock continues to drop in price so it makes little to no sense whatsoever as a reason for the share price to be in the toilet.
On the other hand issuing millions of shares at below market prices is historically a tactic to drive the stock price down.
Why would Richard Heddle sabotage his own shareholders by issuing nearly 8 million 5 cent financing shares knowing this would be the end result ?
