The loan was the first ever made by Heddle Marine Inc so therefore neither any security or getting something in return for Richard Heddle , the individual, is moot.
I see though that Heddle Marine Inc has an option for warrants at 12 cents associated with this loan.
Is that all they believe this stock will appreciate in price by the time they can exercise those warrants ?
