Question. In regards to spin offs and uplisting. Does a company have to be in existence for a period of time in order to reach a higher market like Nasdaq ( just an example) ? Don't you need a period of audited financials to move up? Anybody know how that works with a spin off? Do they accept the spin offs primary company as "time served" so to speak? Or is it a whole new entity?
