Why is what I said a warning a dire warning and who said anything about the CEO and the BOD giving up. Some of the posters here mention Bill the CEO like he's a good friend, sorry I don't bark up that tree. I don't know the man but respect the fact that he is a CEO and Bar accredited attorney and I refer himself as CEO. He has a job to to do and part of that job is working for the shareholders who in case you didn't know do have voice, somewhat very tiny maybe but still as a shareholder you do have a right to information regarding the company.

If you believe I'm wrong saying this is a sub penny stock without a license then that's your opinion and I respect that although I believe your wrong and that's my opinion!

Good luck to yourself, I have many shares, probably more than most and am holding strong but I'm not going to sit here watching the share price decline and be a cheerleader!
