Not selective but factual. Aphria in Canada was granted a growers license yesterday and they are now growing plants. They are not yet rquired to install a valut until they have their product approved by HC at which time they will need to install a vault, if their product is approved, for storage. They however are using an obviously poor strain of seed as their press release yesterday stated it will take three months from planting to harvest their first cropss. there are now 14 licensed producers on the HC list.
