There isn't a criminal background check on "Creative". The criminal background checks are for the positions I put in bold. If the individuals holding those positions have no criminal background then there is no issue. Don't start thinking that HC is putting together an FBI like dossier on every association, relationship, or tie that every member has ever had, because they are not. Go ahead and read the pdf I linked. It's not that long and it shows very clearly whats looked at to pass their Security Clearance Application. Creatives connection with Randy Hamdan would fit into it nowhere.
