Your numbers are wrong. The current O/S is 745M. The A/S is 1.8B.
42M traded yesterday. For every sell there is a buy. And since the trading day ended even on the day, I'd say buyers stepped in.
Also, the last free shares issued to debt holders was 09/12, and although we don't know what kind of agreements were made from October until now, going of the 240M shares traded over the last two weeks, I tend to believe most convertibles are done.
If I'm right, I believe we saw the bottom yesterday.
