No it is not.
iHub TOS allows bashing a company.
If a MOD deletes a post because he/she feels it's not meeting the agenda of said MOD, admin will restore the post.
If a MOD abuses the "delete authority, they'll be dropped as a MOD, and even banned from that particular board.
