MIddle, if Bill is selling some shares, I do not find this to be a concern. I am sure the HC delays were unexpected. I doubt the business ops in Ukraine and Africa were foreseen a year ago. I am sure the spin-off has quite a few costs associated with it. I also would bet Bill needs some money to live on now and again. They do not appear to be sitting on their hands to me, consequently I am not concerned.
