It seems that the 121,364 shares were from restricted common shares, those were the ones retired from the mix. Still comes from the O/S. It really is damn peculiar that they would retire just $60 worth of common stock. Anyone want to venture a guess? SEC wanted them to pull that? Sure would not be a payment to a partner. At least not one that we would want as a partner.
