ScripsAmerica, Inc. (OTCQB: SCRC) is a supplier of prescription, OTC and nutraceutical drugs, delivering pharmaceutical products to a wide range of end users across the health care industry. End users include retail pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities and government and home care agencies. SNNLive spoke with Bob Schneiderman, ScripsAmerica, Inc. at the SeeThruEquity MicroCap Investor Conference 2014 in New York City, NY. Mr. Schneiderman begins with an overview of the company, “ScripsAmerica is a public company, we distribute pharmaceuticals to independent pharmacies, we have distribution facilities in Florida as well as in Tennessee and we have a compounding pharmacy specially operation in Clifton, New Jersey.”He explains the benefits of having a compounding facility, “Larger pharmacies and drug companies do not do custom type of product. The beauty and the advantage of compounding is it avoids having to use opiates or addicting type of pharmaceuticals which can cause problems and interactions and habits that are unfortunately not good habits with the patients.
