Thanks for the "News" Tainwan1. I loved this part of the communique:
"The timing of our NOBO/OBO application and the resulting effects have been considered very specific to the strategic actions that will take place over the upcoming weeks for those with exposed positions.
It's pretty obvious Mr. Reid thinks there is "short position" that is exposed. Gee, is that why we have bashers?
