Incorrect, even though the receivable is unpaid you still need to book revenue i.e. Costco owes Marani $100 for shipment of product. You debit the accounts receivable and credit revenue for $100. Then, once the amount is paid by Costco you debit cash and credit accounts receivable for $100.
