Here's a question investors could ask Mr. Heddle...why did Mr. Heddle refuse to install PTOI processors on some ships five years ago?? Certainly he must have done the due diligence on the processors and he was finalizing the agreement with Mr. Bordynuik...and then he abruptly backed out!! What did Mr. Heddle see in the processors that made him change his mind??
