That's exactly how I'm taking it until I hear otherwise. It would be great if this has been in the works for a while, however, the lack of information in the press release leads me to believe that this is a recent development.

I also think that they couldn't have made much progress since the BOD has just now switched solely to CEN Bio. I don't know this for a fact, but I would assume they would have to be in place for CEN Bio to fill out their Form 10, charter documents, and corporate governance documents so the stock can be approved for listing by the SEC.

It's just a matter of time before this all goes through, but I do believe it is going to be later rather than sooner.
