I'm with you there, but a company's share price is impacted by many factors and interest in a company's stock occurs for a variety of reasons. DUTV has placed itself in the position of needing to supply investors with some specific information due to forward looking statements its made in the past.

Investors may buy up shares of a company stock that there is little to no real information about on the street in hopes that they get in before the masses, but once a company has been around and is putting out information that has not come to fruition or has been delayed continually, then that company needs to deliver before most investors will buy into it. Nobody want to get burned by such a company.

Also DUTV has been promoted by a few groups in the past who expected it to fly based on information that was getting put out on the company. Then when DUTV didn't deliver there was a sour taste left in folk's mouths.

So now the onus is on McHenry to not only produce revenues but also produce profits to prove that this technology is viable and will remain so in the future. Until he does that new investors may window watch but I doubt they will come in and buy. IMHO.
