I think the one thing everyone, or, most everyone, is missing here on the License is that the BOD has to be vetted through H / C security, as they will now be re-positioned in CEN BIO. That is just the rules.
So, until that happens, which in my view is the final hoop to jump through for us, we will have to wait. I see NO reason why we could not get it or for it to be held up from there, unless the injunction is an issue with them and they need more clarity on moving forward from the result of that. It would make sense in that why create rules when they may change in a couple of months? JMO
