I would write off as much as possible in the beginning too. We can start peeling back the layers in the future to drill down and have greater accountability. Thats the other point, once up-listing occures,there is much less wiggle room in reporting assetts....

The meer fact of reporting ~$3.9 Million in revenur for the first quarter on a Pink OTC Start-up is remarkable to say the very least...
