Hn: When Urano refers to a "trophic factor" is he referring to stimulating the production of MANF in the body with "small molecules," or injecting recombinant MANF, our patent?

There is a difference. The odds of using our patent to heal wolframs damage to the eye is higher than his using injections for wolframs/diabetes itself.

If it is for the eye only, we'll do very well. If he uses our patented recombinant MANF for both the eye and wolframs/diabetes.....then we've died and gone to heaven!

It still seems hazy. Before I get euphoric about MANF curing wolframs/diabetes I am still waiting for a more concrete statement by Urano. We all want him to used our patented MANF but I sense he is a true scientist, and not tied to making himself rich, but will use whatever works best.
