No excuses from me about GRCU they have made many mistakes but at the same time they have accomplished a great deal in a short time.....mistakes will continue to happen and I expect that but I did have issues with Calkin because of his self imposed deadlines that were not met and especially not explaining the delay of the Capsules to the shareholder base....I don't care if they make capsules or not but at least address the sales and explain the delay....
The bottom line here is that there is a plan that was set forth from day 1 and we have no idea what that plan is and GRCU and Calkin certainly had to make adjustments to attain the end game...the question to me is the merger....is the merger what Calkin is waiting for.....
From day one I always wondered why a man that never worked for anybody but himself and created his own rules would now go to work for somebody else....will Calkin with this merger actually become his own boss and call the shots because after this merger David Osequeda is out and getting bought out.....
David Osequeda will give up all his rights by merging his private company with GRCU and he has not charged any royalty fees to GRCU for selling and distributing his brand so when does he make money.....
As a majority stakeholder of GRCU ..Osequeda and the merger become key.... GRCU can use the audited financials from the private company and as the merger and upon the completion of the merger GRCU the new company can distance itself from any dirty laundry caused by the association with TTDZ.....
